1. Elaboration and development of company business in complex Facility Management segment in Russia on self-delivery basis:
- technical maintenance;
- cleaning services;
- administrative support;
- security.
2. Due Diligence (financial & operational) on company' Global Customers projects before go-live;
3. Projects kick-off;
4. Retention and white space covering of actual business.

• responsiveness for company new sales annual budget within Russia territory (leading of new sales division);
• leading of separate regional and global commercial initiatives on behalf of country representative (Russia);
• monthly reporting for sales performance metrics;
• conducting of company services' presentations for C-suits of client-companies;
• calculation and preparing of budget quotation for clients (coordination of BQ with inner relevant divisions)
• participation in financial reports revising and multiservice projects solutions development;
• all-stage Agreement alignment with Customer;
• launching new projects in collaboration with relevant divisions;
• KPI analysis based on SLA and MSA fulfillment;
• e-trading platforms operations;
• representation of company within and durring specialized conferences, exhibitions, workshops;
• overall tender activities.

• Creating and leading personal database of projects;
• developing of sales network;
• building relations with new and operating partners;
• partnership relations efficiency’s key indicators monitoring;
• conducting of negotiations and consummation of a deal with C-suits of companies-clients;
• agents acquisition (operating on partners ground or beyond it);
• records management and project-deadlines controlling;
• leading the entire project on all the stages (from cold call to signing up a contract);
• negotiation and further tasks allocation to the team (back-office, security officers - 5 specialists).

Candidates for the program were elaborating from East Europe countries.
I became one of three participants from Russia, elaborated for participating in International Program for Young Professionals, conducting in Vienna, Austria.
We were gathering different tasks, which we should deal with, permanently dividing by renewed groups.
Among them:
• command calculation of wage premium for employees on Salary Committee;
• tasks for Self/Team Day/Month Schedule Prioritize;
• dealing with Consumer Reclaim;
• conducting and participation in negotiations with company’s key accounts.
